4-7-8 Breathe ("the App") is developed by Cesar Rodriguez. This policy describes how the App handles your information.

Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal data. The App does not require an account, does not track you, and does not send any data to external servers.

Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted:

• Session history — the number of breathing cycles completed, session duration, and date, used to show your progress and streaks.
• Settings preferences — your chosen cycle count, speed, sound, haptic, and countdown preferences.
• Bedtime reminder — if enabled, the scheduled notification time is stored locally.

This data is stored using your device's local storage (AsyncStorage) and is not accessible to us or any third party. Deleting the App removes all stored data.

Analytics & Tracking

The App does not use any analytics services, crash reporting tools, or advertising SDKs. We do not track your usage in any way.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services that collect data.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, there is no risk of children's data being processed.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
